A Night of Supernatural Events
Just had to tell you folks of a night of supernatural events. We have had an Evangelist with us who works in the prophetic. Our Church is very 'versed' in the Gifts and there is a generally free flow in every service. This man fit our needs to a 'T'.
During the service (which had already been a blowout from the opening choir song) the Evangelist (who knows virtually nothing about our area) walked back to a middle aged black lady who was visiting for the first time and said, "Ma'am, I see in the Holy Ghost that you have been wounded by the tearing away of family from your hands. Tonight God is going to fill you with the Holy Ghost and then heal your heart and heal your empty hands."
FACT: There are 5 white crosses a few miles down the highway that runs in front of my Church where there was a hideous wreck a few years ago in which 5 children died horribly... and the woman he called out was the Mother of those children! (... tearing away of family... heal your heart... heal your empty hands... AMAZING!)
Then, knowing nothing he goes back to another young woman there with the first one mentioned (again, visiting for the first time) and said, "Ma'am, you need to be thankful tonight. If you had the proper gratitude you would worship your way to the Holy Ghost tonight. You should have died like others did but you were spared because someone prayed. If you prayed for yourself tonight you would change your world.
FACT: She was the one driving the car that five children died in. She was the only survivor who lived only because an Apostolic saints saw the wreck, stopped, saw her yet alive and prayed for her.
Unbelievable!
THE RESULT: The first woman (the mother of the children) is a Baptist Pastor's wife. She exploded in prayer and instantly God filled her with something she didn't even believe in before the service! She left an Apostolic... excited about this new doctrine she has now found.
The second woman (the driver) lifted her hands, ridden with condemnation, and prayed her way to an experience with God by receiving the Holy Ghost too!
I could go on and on. Several miracles around the building, various healings and a bunch got the Holy Ghost (5 of them for the first time the best we can tell)!
This MESSAGE works!
Real APOSTOLIC services work!
Genuine SUPERNATURAL Gifts work!
I wish everyone would be sold out to Apostolic truth!

Awesome report ... the baptism of the Holy Ghost is a promise for all believers.
Just a question.

Pastor, is she now an Apostolic because she received the baptism of the Holy Ghost ... or after she is eventually water baptized in Jesus name?

The DA stirs the pot -- AGAIN!
Hoover asks himself - would DA have responded at all if he had brought no charges with him? Things to ponder...

Yeah DA - but it really depends on one's definition of "Apostolic" right?

This testimony blew me away! God is so kind and merciful. May the Lord keep his blessing and anointing upon you and the church you pastor.
Who was the evangelist if you don't mind saying?
