Immodesty shows the state of the heart just as much as any other conduct that would be unbecoming to a Christian.

I'm saying there is nothing about *her* appearance that brings her salvation into question to label her a *sinner*....which seems to be a personal attack.

Yes, immodesty does have to do with conduct...and immoral conduct is sin...I've addressed your questions.
