Not sure exactly at what point. but we can see in the scriptures that babes are alive in the womb. such as when John the Baptist leaped in the womb of Elisabeth at the salutation of Mary. also the scriptures say that life is in the blood. Some resources say at around five weeks after conception there is the first blood cells formed. Yet at conception blood type is genetically determined so conception would seem to be where life begins.
maybe you should be more specific with your question.
are you speaking of spiritual life, natural life, or the foreknowledge of God?
we are dead in sin then alive in Christ and dead to sins.
