Once the public realizes Cruz will deal strongly with illegals, support will switch to him. Then as it becomes clear that Hillary is a polar opposite to Cruz on immigration, she is done for.

I do not see it. She trails in most polls against almost all GOP candidates. Immigration is such a huge issue that she will not be able to overcome the surge of the GOP case.

Wow, it is funny now to look back over these old posts from over a year ago. You were almost right. Anybody BUT Trump would have lost to her, and even I thought he'd fall short in the end. But as the days went by from November 2015, it became obvious that neither Cruz or any other candidate besides Trump had what it took to beat her. Cruz would have become another Palin or Cain. While I did not like Trump's treatment of Cruz and Carson, it ended up doing us all a favor by exposing their vulnerability to attack. Hillary is a brawler and only a brawler could have beaten her. That might be a shame, but it is a reality.
