Trump wants to raise taxes, raise minimum wage, has waffled on gun rights and first amendment rights.

Trump isn't conservative. As stated in the OP, his lack of respect for the Constitution, freedom and liberty should be a cause for concern.

But again, most Trump supporters only care about deportation, the wall and nationalism. And while I don't believe Trump is racist, he has tapped into what a lot of white nationalists and racists believe.

I don't believe Trump is going to do anything on immigration. He won't get his wall. He won't be able to deport the illegals from Canada and Europe, since none come from South of the border. (Begs the question: why only a wall on the southern border?)

Trump is a businessman, and as such has profited richly from illegal immigration. Businesses don't want tough immigration or deportations.

Also, the NY Times claims there's audio from their interview in which Trump allegedly signals that he will not be as tough as he claims at his rallies. I'd love for a NY Times employee to leak the tape, but so far it hasn't happened.

Trump probably is not a racist. In fact, he probably won't do anything about illegal immigration. But since white nationalists have expressed interest in his campaign, and since most illegal aliens are from Mexico, all of Trump's supporters must be racist and want Hispanics and Latinos to be kicked out.
