Pastor Rash, a lifelong Apostolic Pentecostal passed away this morning. He grew up with Kenneth Haney.

Rash was a missionary for the UPC in Indonesia and in West Germany.

In 1984, he returned to Stockton, California. He became a missions instructor at Christian Life College. In addition to his teaching load, he was also a pastor of the Hmong Church at Christian Life College.

Tuhan Rash, as he was known to his students was a graceful and compassionate minister. He inspired his students to engage in crosscultural communication.

HIs godly compassionate influence on me is profound. Pastor Rash was so approachable and down to earth.

We learned cultural anthropology and missions theory from him.

I will miss him.

He was a good friend of Mine for about 30 years and will be missed.
