Angels reproducing with humans possible?

I know this has been discussed somewhat in the past, but I thought maybe to hit it again.



1 Now it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth, and daughters were born to them,
2 that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful; and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose.
3 And the Lord said, “My Spirit shall not strive with man forever, for he is indeed flesh; yet his days shall be one hundred and twenty years.”
4 There were giants on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.




I do not believe angels has sex with humans. Is it possible? I don't believe it is. Giants were there previous to sons of God reproducing w the daughters of men, seems to me.
Does sons of God "mixing" w the daughters of men not simply mean that God's people were mixing with people that were not followers of God?


Is it possible AT ALL, for angels to reproduce w humans?

Anyway, let the horses run....Anyone wanting to discuss different views on this, plz post!

It does not say angels, but Sons of God.

I believe the angels had sex with the human females.

The Bible says the angels came into them, not trying to be gross, but it plainly states what happened in very clear terms.

The sons of God entered the women.

I believe the referrence to the "Sons of God" to be a referrence to angels because that is what I was taught that scripture meant.

And you believe the Giants were produced as offspring by angelic beings going in on unto human beings? (Even though the Scripture reads there were giants preceding that already?)

It does not say that there were giants until after verse two which states that the sons of God took wife's of the daughters of men. I think this verse is speaking about angels and humans. Where in the old testament is the term sons of God used to reffer to anything except angels?
