Can you know the difference between a random hunch (even if it turns out to be true) and God's still, small voice? Can you tell the difference between a delusional person and a true prophet? Do you know when someone gives you a word of knowledge that it is the real thing or fake, even if it is a correct guess?
Do only Christians have these special powers? Only Oneness Pentecostal believers?

It's very very difficult to know if you've heard God's voice or not. In my experience, 99.9% of folks who said "God said" haven't heard from God at all. Personally, I just ponder in my heart if I think God is speaking to me because it's usually something personal that's only for me and no one else.
The only way to verify a true prophet is if their prophecies come true.

I'm not sure. As I've pointed out before in the forum, I 'saw' a future event when I was a teenager, quite a long time ago. Was that 'seeing' from God? I dunno. I just know it happened however it happened.
i heard a local pastor say something that stuck recently. He said he know's it was the voice of the Lord because "it wasn't something he would normally think."
Most times we use reason and logic to determine if we should do something. I think God gives us direction without reason to test our faith. He may reveal the purpose later, but in the moment, God's direction doesn't seem to make sense.

Also ask that pastor about someone claiming that God told them when someone was going to die but wouldn't give the date. Ask the pastor if the person claiming that is a false prophet attempting to deceive people. Also ask the pastor about that same person always pointing to himself, exalting himself, focusing on himself.
Ask the pastor about where such a spirit comes from.
there are true prophets ,i know a few and god uses me like that many times in my life. usually those that dont have the gift make fun of those that do or put it down ..there are flase prophets and i thin k we know one on here lol. but that doesnt take away from the true ones that god truly uses ,thats what the enemy would love us to do ,,is say it doesnt happen anymore to dilute our faith in the gifts of god . it happenes still oh yes it does.
