The Democrats hopes she runs too.
She would be the worst thing to happen to the GOP ticket.
I really, really wish Huckabee would run, but he figures that it would be VERY difficult to unseat a sitting President who is popular.
Palin running would only ENSURE that President Obama serves 8 years as the President of the United States.
What we need is a balanced, moderate, common-sense Republican and there is NO ONE who fits the bill for that prescription better than Huckabee, who has decided to not run.
Maybe Governor Barbour could have fit the bill, but he messed up in his response to the sons of the confederate's push to honor that murderer on Missisippi license plates.
That was his moment to show he was just right of center.
Instead he studdered. Pressure was applied, he tried to stand by his indefensible vagueness, and was called on it repeatedly. In a few years, it probably won't matter, but it would matter this election cycle.
Palin is no Barbour.
Palin is no Huckabee.
Palin is a joke.
