It seems that you are reaching a conclusion "regardless of the facts." The site doesn't appear to be set up in any way to "attack a group of people." That may develop - just as it develops everywhere. The true test will be when we see how it's handled when it does come up.

I think you perfectly laid out the original fact and intent of the name. From my point of view, it will always rest on the original thought and intent.

As to the developing - Yes, and perhaps the best thing is to wait and see.

The name is not an attack, PO. If it were, I wouldn't be involved. I have zero desire to spend the rest of my life focusing my attention on a group I left and/or don't like. And really, who has ownership or a copyright of that term? There is a certain amount of marketing involved as there is with anyone who wants to produce traffic. There's no need to turn it into something it isn't. And for anyone who thinks AI is just another anti-UPC-bashing website, go check it out and see what's been posted so far. It's fairly docile. The only time UPC has been mentioned in a thread, it says, "I Miss The UPC."

There is no "Intention" that remains. If there's anything sinister you can get out of this, it could only be potentially capitalizing on a popular term and nothing more and I could back that up with all the preliminary discussions by email that took place.

I don't understand why it is so important for you to try and strong arm people. Jesus has never done that in my personal life, even in the midst of making mistakes. You don't seem wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. Sorry, but you made me want to say it.

Well, why don't you post in your style and I'll post in mine. I've seen you be quite a bit less than cordial so "Thou that judgest doest the same things". Or maybe take it up with Paul and let him know that you didn't like it when he withstood Peter to the face.
