They should be in Houston Feb 4 for a sectional rally.

BTW. Jarrod was elected youth director.

Apostolic is defined on AFF as:

  1. There is One God. This one God reveals Himself distinctly as Father, Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. The Son is God himself in a human form or "God manifested in the flesh" (1Tim 3:16)
  3. Every sinner must repent of their sins.
  4. That Jesus name baptism is the only biblical mode of water baptism.
  5. That the Holy Ghost is for today and is received by faith with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
  6. The saint will go on to strive to live a holy life, pleasing to God.

Informal networking and fellowship. But for sake of missions, synergistic vision, I agree more with the first brother. Tear down walls and come together. I think I like that about Global.

But I truly am more inclined to intimately fellowship with groups that are passionate about a strong apostolic missiology, shared leadership and Gospel-centered.

Re: If you could build a Ministers Network/Fellows

We belonged to the ACN until this year. Received a resolutions statement in the mail and it said the General Conference was being held in Louisville and that was the first we had heard of it. Not sure if we are renewing...

We also belong to AWCF and at this time, we are continuing that affiliation. Thinking of joining Global too....too many to choose from Keith!

The name would be...The Global Pentecostal Fellowship of the United Pentecostal Church Worldwide.
I would be, "His Eminence, the Supreme Apostolic Commander".

What groups are these?

Re: If you could build a Ministers Network/Fellows

Last year's ACN conference was the best meeting I have been to in YEARS. Then again, where I live in the Northwest the closest thing to a large Jesus' name fellowship meeting would be found either near Seattle or in Caldwell.

The business meeting began with a communion service.
The by-laws include intentional allowance for differences of opinion of Acts 2:38 and eschatalogy.
They are short and sweet (thank God) and they expressly say that if and when someone chooses to leavethe ACN, they will still be fellowshipped. IOW, membership is not a condition for fellowship.

The conference had outgrown the church in Mesquite so the next one will be hosted at Randy Hollis' church in Louisville this August.

Most likely the year after that will be Houston
