Evidence? What evidence? The DOJ couldn't investigate and get their hands on enough evidence in 6 years. Did you say the Texas court actually relied on evidence that the DOJ can't get their hands on?
I was in 4 court cases in this month. This isn't new stuff for me. At one point, there were over 250 lawyers in the office tower my offices are in.
I am not as unexposed and stupid as you like to infer. We often chew the fat discussing cases they find interesting at lunch.
