I don't see how they can prosecute him. They are probably pulling up some of the issues called against him from the House Ethics Panel to paint him as, well, The Hammer. LOL!

The Supreme court says Corporations can send money to members of a party. Obama took a cheap shot about this at the State of the Union address and Alito with his lips said
