In a story eerily similar to the Black Panthers in Philadelphia, the same thing allegedly happened again in Dallas, TX.
The difference that others have pointed out is that what happened in Philly happened in one place in Philly and the police took care of the situation rather quickly.
Allegedly in Dallas, the problem was widespread with more than a dozen different complaints coming from different parts of the city.

For those who want to compare the Tea Party to the NAACP, don't.
The NAACP has NEVER had anything close to this associated with them at all.
However, the Tea Party has, and so has the Black Panther Party.
