I like the more hefty and bulky style pulpits. I need something to duck behind when the "deacons" and "elders" start throwing hymnals at me. There are few things worse than getting thwacked in the forehead by a hard bound copy of Sing Unto the Lord thrown frisbee style.

We still have a date for you to come and speak, right? One problem.....we don't even have a pulpit. I'll see if there's an extra music stand sitting around somewhere!
