In a November 2 article headlined, "US to spend $200 mn a day on Obama's Mumbai visit," the Press Trust of India reported:

media matters huh? kind of like asking a felon if he was guilty.

but this time, i find the lack of credible sources to be telling. no way its that high. 2 million a day is possible. 200 is just not.
