Of course all air space is cleared before and after landing and the same for take off. We have military boats positioned offshore and the areas around the hotels and palace must be swept. Thousands of Indians are also hard at work. ID's for all kinds of people have to be checked out.
Just the business disruption in the areas is scores of millions.
