Jesus arose bodily and ascended into Heaven. Christ's body is the resurrected and glorified body he had while walking the earth. Jesus isn't a ghost. This notion of an incorpreal Jesus is a revival of Neoplatoic Gnosticism and is the most vile of heresies.

I don't know if this belief ever left, just as it seems to pop up in different groups or at least parts of their belief do.
