The hot dog SHALL be covered for the toppings is its glory and saving grace for the head of the hot dog is the brat and it shall not be covered (except for a line of Dijon) for THAT is the travesty, neither should the ketchup touch the prime sirloin medium rare steak. For it is a shame.
