A minister has hands laid on him many times in his life as is the case for most everyone and the anointing is something that is with a minister daily.
I am speaking of a notion that this anointing increases or changes in some way on the day... or the moment... he is ordained.

I don't guess it's the ordination itself, but the anointing by the leaders. I believe in ceremonies; I think they're Biblical.
