Others, in that same period of time have made choices to move on - and that's ok for them, it's what they chose to do...are they sitting back lamenting about it and bashing the organization they chose to leave? No they arent, they are getting on with their life b/c they made a choice they were comfortable with...
some folks just want attention and justification for inactivity.

I can agree with this. I came to a conclusion a few years back that if I really wanted to be free from the UPC, every decision I made could not be influenced by the UPC. And I wonder if most who leave the UPC are allowing the UPC to control them, even if they proclaim it's lack of control. When you are doing everything you do in order to be anti-UPC, the UPC is still a major influence in your life -- whether you like it or not.
