Hilarious ... if you see who voted which way, it was completely party-line. 60 democrats said, no we're not being unconstitutional and 39 republicans said, yes you are.

It looks like the judiciary will decide when the lawsuits start rolling in.

If anyone asked me to, I would definitely sign on to a lawsuit against this bill.
