Obviousley it is to give the sorry slob constitutional rights, then put the troopies on trial because they might have popped the slob in the mouth while capturing him.

Besides, One of those blackwater guys was a former seal, had the slob murdered one of my shipmates... I think if all he got was smacked in the mouth those guys were showing remarkable restraint.
