If you worked in surgery, you would have to leave the room and have someone else help blow your nose. People wearing sterile gloves and masks can't touch their face or their mask.
I don't touch my face at work anyway. I touch too many other things with so much sickness around that, even though I wash my hands religiously, I don't touch my face at work.
