How about giving someone the "peace" sign? It seems to be a universal sign. Whenever I travel overseas and foreigners get their pictures taken with me, they almost always are giving the "peace" sign. Especially at Starbucks........hmmmm I wonder if there is some weird connection there? The pic below is in Xian, China.
