Answer the question directly. At best you have to assume they were baptized in Jesus name because the Bible doesn't say.
Where does it explicitly say what the Phillipian Jailer heard as he was being baptized?
Where does it say what Phillip said when he baptized the ethiopian eunich?
You made a bold statement that EVERYONE in the Bible was baptized in the Name of Jesus. Then you backpeddle like a politician when called out.
I mentioned two cases where it doesn't mention what was said over the person. Since you were not there, and no documentation was preserved, at best you can make a somewhat educated assumption.
I know how to get you out of the little puddle you created with the broad assumptions. But you are the self perceived genius on everything holy and sacred. You'll figure it out.
