I agree that anyone can quit any job whenever they wish. I will also agree with you that she will, at some point, have to be more concise as to why she quit 1 1/2 years before her term limit. That is going to be very important.
Now, if she steps away from running for office and is only a spokesman for Conservatism - it will all be good. She is not hampered by a title, which she stated in her resignation. That's lends the idea that she, at this time, is not seeking an office for now and only wants to help in some way and probably a big way. Anything will be big when you involve Sarah. She just has that way about her. The media is fascinated by her.
I think because of her rise to stardom, many are skeptical and sitting back waiting for a ball, any ball, to drop. It usually is a given for political maneuvers. She seemed to leave herself open when she said a "higher calling". Yes, a big gamble and like everyone else - we wait to see what she may have to present. Like everyone else, we wish it was something profound that would work for the better of this country. It would be short of miraculous and we always hope for that.
Newman's post reminds me that there may be some things we will never hear from her and some things we may not know.
