Matt. 24:34 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass,
till all these things be fulfilled.
The word "till" voids the possibilty of the idea of a "jewish race" not passing away. If it could NOT pass away, there would be no "TILL". Instead, it would say "WHEN".
Like this: Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass,
when all these things be fulfilled.
The word "Till" has a meaning, and is in there for a purpose. That the subject will in fact pass away.
I like the new contemporary version, it reads:
Matt. 24:34 I can promise you that some of the people of this generation will still be alive when all this happens.
