Re: Paul And Women Teachers.
Wonder what would happen if women of God would be called TEACHERS instead of
apostles, prophets, evangelists and pastors. WHERE, Oh where are the teachers.
There is a definite lack of teachers, regardless of gender.
How many men have taught their own children the Word of God, beginning
in the home. Paul thought a man should first be able to care for his own be
fore he took care of the Lord's.
It takes two, a man and a woman to have natural babies.
It takes the Spirit (Father) and a woman (the Church) to have Spiritual babies.
The rooster struts around the barnyard, with his chest stuck out, crowing like
he had done it all. The hen sits on the nest, keeping the fertilized eggs warm until
the chicks have formed and are ready and strong enough to peck their way out.
Notice who the chicks are usually with in the barnyard! They are following Mama Hen,
the mother who laid the egg (the rooster provided the fertilizer) and struts away. He
no doubt feels he's done his part. The responsibility has JUST REALLY begun!
I am saying this, just because a man sowed the seed, doesn't make him a true father.
Most men can sow seed, but can they give birth, breast feed, calm, and hold the babies
until they are big enough to do for themselves. I have to say, some men do all they
can to help take care of the little ones he and his wife brought forth together. God
made it so that the two together would be one flesh (unit). Takes two to produce a child,
whether in the church or home.
God made them male and female, for a purpose. A TEAM, if you will. Each having their
God-given roles and responsibilities. We had better forget this egotisical male role
and women's lib ideas. God is not pleased with the spirit of division that the enemy
has sown in families to cause division in the home and in the church. God hates it!
It was conceived by a spirit of PRIDE and God hates your nasty pride, be it his or
hers. Your families lives, spiritually and maybe otherwise could be at stake!
Not for offense ever!
