Great Attendance @ WD Youth Convention
The Western District Youth Convention was held last week in Stockton at CLC (new building) after many, many, years of it being held in Bakersfield.
There was some uncertainty with it being held at a new location, new venue and the week following Easter (rather than the week before, as in years past.)
Many expected this to be down year, considering all the hits this district has taken the past year and a half (official Southern District split, those that left for the WPF, and those that went Independent.)
That was not the case - attendance Friday night was well over 4,000!!!
The WD is alive and well!!!
