When my brother was 4, he got up way earlier than anyone else one Saturday morning and walked half way around the block to my parent's friends' house. Miss Arlene (that's what we called her) answered the door when Rin rang the bell and invited him in. He sat down at their table and was eating breakfast with them when they asked him how his mom and dad were doing today. Rin says, "My mom is ok, but my dad died last night in his sleep."
They were devastated and immediately came running over to my mom's house. Imagine their surprise when they walk in the door and see my dad sitting at the table eating his own breakfast!
