Agreeing with the idea of a leadership covenant or contract and agreeing with this one in particular are two different issues. I think leadership should absolutely be held to a higher standard. Personally, I would have a hard time signing this one...
To those who oppose this, do you oppose the entire idea of a written leadership covenant or this one in particular?
