I told you all about the big chuckle on my wife (insensitive man I is) & I knew
one will reap what they sow, but I never knew it would be so fast!
As many of you know I broke my ankle & had some surgery on it to put plates & screws in & then to take them out.
I have been in Physio to get back the full range of motion & to get my strength back.
I have been making good progress & even getting the proper colour back in my foot.
Last night I was sitting on the floor in front of the fireplace with my legs stretched out.
My leg must have bumped the fireplace tools (hanging in a rack) cuz the poker flipped off the hanger and fell on..........my ankle that was broken!!!!
Oh my, Lord have mercy!!!
I just about cried!
I thought nothing of it but now it is bruised & hurting.
No it isn't broke. Thank God!
