Ever consider
Isa 51:16 which says that God CREATED heaven and earth when HE CALLED A COVENANT PEOPLE?

So, would not a new covenant people be a new heaven and earth -- new creation?
To say a new heaven and earth is here is as odd as reading
Isa 51:16 where God said he created heaven and earth when he called a PEOPLE to be ZIONO. But is Isaiah right or wrong?
