Getting Close To Going Back To Work

I am just finishing my Physio & am getting close to going back to work.
I shared a little with you about my boss & how he "Micro Manages" everything making it a real hassle to properly do my work.
I have the responsibility without the authority.

The job is waiting for me.

I have become aware of a similar position @ a different company nearby with better benefits & about a $3,000-
$10,000 increase in salary per year!
