You have to seperate the political genius from the partisan political hack aspects of the man.
He got GWB elected twice during a pretty difficult time. that makes him a political genius.
that does not mean he is not a partisian republican willing to do what it takes to get republicans elected.
you can respect the first even if you dont respect the second....
I guess, but I sit and watch people play the "game" and it just infuriates me because of what is at stake. It seems to me that in their estimation nothing is more important than the political game. In my estimation there are many things more important and people better wake up.
When I hear him eloquently and logically call out the Democrats for doing something improper...then just as eloquently and "logically" defend the GOP for the same thing, it tends to make me respect him and his "opinion" less.
