I'm not being contentious, just asking, Do we really know what the Nicene Creed said in its original form? Don't we have a modified version from years later? It seems to me that I had read or heard that the original creed could be agreed to by a person who considers himself oneness. I'm just asking if anyone knows what the original creed said.
