All Humans are sinners and so all
human cultures are formed in sin and slaves to the Kingdom of Darkness. Christ came to redeem man and to have victory over the Kingdom of Darkness, and so the only superior culture is that which Christ established through his church.
I remember when I was a sophomore I went to a private Christian school. I was in World History and my professor said that the Aztecs were wiped out because God had willed it after seeing all the human sacrifices. My blood boiled, and it is only by the aid of Holy Spirit that I did not tell him all the atrocities created by Western European Culture.
There is no one Superior culture. We are all sinners. Only Christ is superior.
