I believe God can use a woman to declare the Gospel to a congregation of Saints and sinners alike. I believe God can use a woman to reprove, rebuke, exhort and the rest of the things listed in that chapter that I can't remember right this second.

I don't believe it is God's will for a woman to Pastor a church.

I have heard of such happenings, and believe God has honored the works of woman who have started churches on "mission fields" foreign and domestic.

But God also allowed the Israelites to write bills of divorce-- not necessarily God's will, but He allowed it.

If a woman is Pastoring, somewhere there is a man who is AWOL.

It's not the will of God for a woman to be a Pastor, imo.

It was never God's Will for a mother to have to fill the roles of both
father and mother, but it happens. Makes it very hard on mother and
children.
Where there is a single mother raising children alone, there is an absent
father. It could be due to death, AWOL, divorce, prison, etc. But I can
assure you, IF that mother will look to her heavenly FATHER for guidance,
for every need, she can make it! HE will be WHATEVER she needs HIM to
be!!! HE will be whatever we need HIM to be, ANYTIME, ANYWHERE, or
ANY PLACE!!! That's the GOD, DEITY I KNOW! HE can supply what is LACKING!!
in homes, churches, organizations, nations!!! MY LORD and MY GOD! He has
become my salvation!

HE will do the same for any husband who has found himself alone to raise his
children without a mother! NO, not ideal, but GOD can be ANYTHING we need
HIM to be!

I have said before that anytime a home, church, organization, nation,
etc., is out of order, you have disorder! Anytime God's order is out of
order, there is DIS-ORDER! Life can go on, but not without difficultly.
It appears this old world is out of order in many areas! Hopefully the
Father (Spirit) will set things in order. He is GREAT enough! He knows
how!

I don't know whether it is still in effect, but I remember when a man
had to be married before he could be a foreign missionary. However a
single woman could go.

Just some thoughts! Not for offence!
