Please pray for my niece...
Her name is Rachael and she is 4 years old.
She hurt her foot Sunday afternoon by scraping it with the door of the house. She "ripped Open" her toe and of course it was bleeding and all that jazz.
Well, when we got to the house Monday night, she was in bed with a fever and her foot and her knee hurting her really bad. They had taken her to the doctor that afternoon and they thought she had hurt it (and she actually told them that she had hurt it) going down a hill in her "tar" (car).
Anyway, I told my sister to take her to the doctor. She did today because her fever spiked and she was crying the minute the Motrin wore off. Anyway, they say she has an infection caused from the tear in her foot.
She is a miserable little girl, crying and asking Auntie to pray for her. Breaks my heart. So pray that it goes away and does not "localize" or stay in one place because they said the pain would be excruciating and that it would be really nasty because it would "erupt" with a bunch of yucky stuff.
So please, pray for her and her moma. They are neither one sleeping well and my sister works as a Post Master so she has to be at work.
They put her on 2 extremely strong antibiotics and pray that they work and she will get well quickly.
