please tell me that you DO NOT buy actual cooking wine. That is just bad wine that has salt added to it. They sell it in smaller bottles and charge four times what it is worth. Please tell me you buy the good stuff and just cook with it.
and if you taste a little for yourself from time to time I do not have a problem with that either
