Liberals and Moderates might use the word Ultra Con more as an insult though. I tend to use it to differentiate between a person who is very conservative and those that have a very judgmental attitude and appear to be on the conservative side of the spectrum
On the liberal side with the same attitude I would say they are Ultra Libs

Yes they do Prax. I don't get called names, but I have seen others considered conservative be insulted by those considered liberal. And vice versa.
