Re: Snake Handling is Wrong?
Snake handling is just another example of good honest and sincere people who are ignorant of the fact that KJV was inspired by King James of England, (circa 1611 AD). No version of the Bible is in the original autographs. You must rightly divide the word of truth.
The Bible is the infallable inspired word of God, when it was written in it's original autographs given by the Holy Spirit as He moved upon holy men of old. There are about five thousand handwritten copies of those original authgraphs, but there are no know originals in existance today.
There were meanings of words and phrases, which have been lost, debated and disputed, for centuries due to translation from the original Greek, and Hebrew languages. One must also take into account the fact that there are words which have become obsolete and archaic. There are words which are no longer in use.
