How can a woman have "sperm?" Genesis 3:15 - "her (Eve's) seed..."
Jesus Christ is the seed of Abraham and also of Eve. Jesus Christ is their blood descendant.

Yes, Seed often means offspring
Gal 3:16 And to Abraham and to his Seed the promises were spoken. It does not say, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, "And to your Seed," which is Christ.
