It's nice to know that there are still some sensible folks out there who truly believe the Spirit can lead and guide us on a daily basis! I personally believe it is more than just being led by the Spirit. I happen to believe that the Word of God is true when it says in
Titus 2:11-12 "For the grace of God has appeared bring salvation for all people, training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in this present age."(ESV)
When we have a
proper understanding of the grace of God, we
know that we are saved, not by any works that we have done, but by
grace through faith, yet having taken on the very nature of Christ, grace
trains us in how to live in such a way that our lifestyle is a reflection of who we are in Christ, so that we are not embarrassing ourself and Christ as we represent the kingdom of God on earth.
