And I do believe Obama IS a good sound decision maker who takes the advice of others....
But because he happens to be black and can relate to many black folks in this country, I know he will undoubtedly deal with race issues in this country effectively and fairly.
He'd be in a position to do so more than any other president because of HIS race, not in spite of.
As much as Clinton seemed to sympathize with issues pertaining to minorities, he couldn't possibly fully relate and effectively do what needs to be done in office for minorities because, well, he IS NOT one.
I haven't a problem with race organizations as long as they operate by empowering their race, not tearing down their own or another.
NAACP is effective at empowering Blacks in this country, whether it is by information or actions.
KKK is well, ineffective, because not only do they operate out of pure hatred, but they ACT upon that hatred to the detriment and destruction of others outside of their race.
Now that's one race orgranization whose destruction is LONG overdue.
