Praise Report
The back porch to mine and Mom's house was rotten down to nothing and was dangerous. After a few calls, we found a man who did the job originally for 600 dollars. He then added another 100 for the railings up the steps, and added another 60 for pressure treated wood. All together, cost me originally 760 for the porch. When he was finished, he wanted 860, claiming I did not pay him 450 for the materials. We went back and forth, and finally we got down, and I prayed that the enemy was not going to steal my money like that.
When it was all said and done, it came to 810 dollars. It is a beautiful porch, and in my opinion, worth the money. Fortunately, the Lord blessed me with a larger refund this year, so I was able to pay for this in cash. Mom did help and paid 200 of the cost, but I was able to spring the rest.
His ways are not our ways, and I know the enemy does not like it when we serve the Lord. But, I am not backing down.
Also, please pray for my car. When I was coming back from the bank, she did not want to start at all. Took me like 5-10 minutes to finally get her started. I think it is bad fuel, but am not sure. Need prayer in this matter, please.
BTW, for all the prayers, all the support, and all the love, I want to say thinks. I love you all too, and AFF is very special to me in my heart.
