Eph 4:13

Till we all come in the unity of the faith,
and of the
knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: (KJV)
I read a statement in a recent post that said something to the affect, "One day we will all be in unity..."
But what do you think the unity is?
I don't see this as we will all be in 100% agreement, because that is virtually impossible since our opinions have been formed by our environments and those who have been in authority over us (parents, teachers, pastors, etc).
Since we all think different (especially from one culture to another) how can this be.
One might show the power of God equation, but in order for God to exert His power to conform people then man would no longer have a free will.
Another might say it's baptism in the Name of Jesus, but keeping this text in context Paul is not talking about baptisms.
Just look at the threads on tithing and the house church. I would assume that most that are posting here are Spirit-filled and look at the diversity of thought.
What is this unity?
