When we discuss ministers being put under question . . . this is an example of one who should be placed under question.

What Rev. Craft is doing is wrong, plain and simple. If he hasn't sent his license in, it should be taken from him and he should be put under question. He absolutely should not be allowed to drop his license by nonpayment of dues and not have it show that he's actively engaged in turning people against the organization.
