I do agree they will call a follow up meeting but I think a lot of what happens after the meeting will be done by mail and phone as a lot of pastors of smaller churches can't travel across the country several times a year for these meetings.
If they have what they want to do all lined out they very well may be prepared to formalize the org. and get it rolling right there in Tulsa. That is what I am guessing will happen. They have no benefit in dragging this out.
I also don't see them having a "shadow" org. while they stay in the UPC. I think they are leaving.
